You decide who gets a bed
Requests come from registered attendees only, with a photo ID for every guest. Your team approves or rejects each one and assigns the room. Beds are held only after approval, and unpaid online bookings release their beds when the payment window closes.

Approved guests carry a Stay Pass in the Unifesto app. Your team scans it at the property to check them in, and again at check-out, so you always know who is in the building.

Register for the event

Pick a room option and dates, add your group, upload each guest's photo ID and answer the team's questions.

The event team reviews the request, assigns a room or bed, and approves. Beds are held only from here.

Free stays confirm at once. Online stays are paid in the app within the payment window; others pay at the property.

What is Unifesto Stay?
Unifesto Stay is accommodation booking built into Unifesto events. Organisers list hostels, hotels or homestays for their event; registered attendees request a room in the Unifesto app, the team approves it, and the guest checks in with a Stay Pass.
Who can book a stay?
Only people registered for the event. Each person can hold one open stay booking per event, and can book for a group up to the size the room option allows.
How is payment handled?
Each room option is free, paid at the property, or paid online through Razorpay. Online bookings are paid after approval, within a payment window (48 hours by default); unpaid beds are released.
Why does Unifesto ask for a photo ID?
Event teams usually need ID for every guest staying on campus or at a property. IDs are uploaded with the request, kept in private storage and visible only to the event team. Organisers can turn the requirement off.
Can organisers separate rooms by gender?
Yes. Each room option can be open to anyone, men only or women only, and every guest's gender is recorded with the request.
