On a ₹500 ticket the buyer pays ₹520 (4% fee on top, max ₹99 a ticket) and you get ₹500. Set it per event on its Tickets page. Changes apply to new sales only.

Yes. Free RSVP events carry no fees on any plan, for you or your attendees.
Every paid ticket carries a 4% processing fee, capped at ₹99 per ticket. Students pay it at checkout, or you include it in your ticket price per event and it comes out of your share. It is not refundable. From 2 Nov 2026, you also pay a platform fee per paid ticket: 2.5% on General, 2% on Club, 1.5% on Growth, 1% on Pro, 0–0.5% on Enterprise. A ₹500 pass: students pay ₹520, or ₹500 if you include the fee. From 2 Nov 2026 you keep ₹487.50 on General.
Yes. Razorpay's charges come out of the buyer's processing fee, so you never pay them on top. Prices exclude GST.
Yes. Plans are set per Space and you can move up or down at any time from Billing in the Space console.
