Help run Unifesto Orbit, our campus programme, by finding and supporting Orbit Leads across about 50 campuses. Each Orbit Lead maps the active clubs on their campus, gets them onto Unifesto, helps them publish their first event and supports them after that. You make sure every campus has a good Lead and that each Lead has what they need. Internship from 1 Dec 2026 to 31 Mar 2027, part-time and remote. What you'll do
- Find and recruit Orbit Lead candidates through referrals, LinkedIn, Instagram and club networks
- Run short screening calls and help pick Leads
- Onboard new Leads in their first week and check in during their first 30 days
- Help run the weekly Orbit group call, the monthly leaderboard and the monthly challenge
- Track each campus: active clubs, events published, Leads who need help
- Spot Leads who have gone quiet and help get them moving, or find a replacement
What we're looking for
- You know people at colleges other than your own
- You are organised and like keeping a list up to date
- You can motivate people without being their boss
- You reply on WhatsApp fast, and you know when to call instead
- You have run or helped run a club, a fest team or a student community
