These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the Unifesto website, mobile application, and related services.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules and does not require physical or digital signatures.

1. Platform Ownership & Role

1.1 The platform is owned and operated by UNIFESTO PRIVATE LIMITED.

1.2 Unifesto is an intermediary event-technology platform that enables event organizers to publish events and allows users to discover and register for such events.

1.3 Unifesto does not guarantee:

  • Event quality
  • Event execution
  • Organizer conduct
  • Venue safety or compliance

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
  • You agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and related policies

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

3. Organizer Responsibilities

Event organizers are solely responsible for:

  • Planning, hosting, and executing events
  • Event content, speakers, schedules, and agenda
  • Venue arrangements and compliance
  • Participant safety and entry policies
  • Refunds, cancellations, and communications

Unifesto disclaims all liability arising from organizer actions or omissions.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only
  • Comply with organizer rules and venue policies

Misuse of tickets or violation of rules may result in denied entry without refund.

5. Tickets & Access Control

5.1 Tickets are valid only for the specific event, date, and time mentioned.

5.2 Tickets may be non-transferable unless expressly permitted by the organizer.

5.3 Organizers reserve the right to verify identity and deny entry in case of misuse.

6. Payments

6.1 Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways.

6.2 Unifesto does not store payment card or bank information.

6.3 Unifesto shall not be liable for:

  • Unauthorized transactions
  • Payment gateway failures
  • Transaction declines

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Unifesto shall not be liable for injuries, losses, theft, or damages at event venues.
  • Unifesto's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant ticket.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, and design elements are the intellectual property of UNIFESTO PRIVATE LIMITED. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unifesto from claims, damages, or legal proceedings arising from misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.
